At Sunflour, All of Our Products are Made From Scratch!

Our breads are made from a natural wild yeast starter that gives a complex flavor profile. Our croissants, breads, and pastries are
made using a three-day fermentation process that is time consuming, but worth it.

The ingredients we use are organic and our vendors are local whenever possible. The basis for our being is the flour. The organic
wheat kernels are freshly milled at Lindley Mills in Graham, North Carolina to allow us the best product available.

Our butter, eggs, and buttermilk are from Cackleberry Farm in Concord. Our honey is from Charlotte Very Local Honey in our neighborhood of Elizabeth. The distinctly flavorful craft jams in our baked goods are from Hazel’s Jams in the Commonwealth neighborhood. The coffee we serve is fair trade and organic from Counter Culture in Durham.

We bake in small batches to insure freshness and bake according to seasonal availability. We hope you will visit us soon.
